a while back i did a meme which had the following as questions:
1. i’ll respond with something random about you
2. i’ll challenge you to try something
3. i’ll pick a color that i associate with you
4. i’ll tell you something i like about you
5. i’ll tell you my first/clearest memory of you
6. i’ll tell you what animal you remind me of
7. i’ll ask you something i’ve always wanted to ask you

and i've decided that the answers i got and their effects on me were just as interesting. IF you want me to do these questions for you feel free to ask in the comments. if you did them for me and you don't see yourself here then i didn't see it either and would love to know it. okay without further ado, your answers and what i did with them.

funny you almost all picked colours from earth and all this time i thought i was a water.... how we change when we aren't looking.

matt vella: your self-possession. in other words, even though you have all the normal day to day angst that we all do, you are very much the captain of your soul.

I say a love bird b/c I see you as more of a snuggler like love birds do, and they are very sweet and lovey birds, their chirp is not too loud and I see you as more of a free will person, like a bird. :)

sass is an otter.
she loves to play but if you get too close she'll dive underwater and emerge 20 yards away.
she likes to play with other otters. so other critters can find someone of their own to play with.
her colour is that of a green pond with gold flecks like the motes in the sunrays in water.
she likes to play peekaboo with people who watch her. seemingly at times totally just herself, then like an otter she slips away leaving people wondering 'huh'?
she can be all there but not all the time. she's got to reconstruct her psyche because she puts so much of herself out there.
she picks at her metaphorically metaphysical pscyhological scabs. the latest new is that picking at scabs is a good thing. just it looks kinda gross.

screw tops are the new corks *sigh*
i couldn't unscrew it. that's the point. i unwrapped it and tried. nada. so i cut the bottom ring off. removed it in pieces with a Robogrip. o.k. now it was just the plain naked screw top lid. tried to twist it off. nada. *&#^$%# i stabbed the top and few times and got a knife blade to twist the metal some. then i managed to finally unscrew the lid. unbelievable!!! how difficult can they make it?
Ok I thought and thought and I'm kinda with Terry about how you challenge yourself all the time. But I think I've come up with something:
I challenge you to look at photos of yourself after the accident, when you were in that dark period, or if you have no photos just think back, and find something beautiful and positive about yourself.
I think there's beauty anywhere you look for it, so don't tell me you can't find anything.
gabi: damm girl that's fucked up. and you know i can totally picture you doing this and i'm almost peeing myself laughing!
maybe they're trying to childproof it... next time ask a kid to open it.
